What fair use means
Use ChunkArc for a genuine Minecraft server. Normal worlds, compatible plugins, Fabric mods, community administration, cross-play and ordinary game traffic are welcome when they fit the assigned plan.
Mining, tunnels, proxies, attack tools, scanners, malware, remote-access agents, non-Minecraft workloads, fake-player autostop bypass and multi-account abuse are not allowed. The full Fair Use Policy gives examples and explains the review process.
How security decisions work
- Detect. Automated checks look for verified malicious artifacts, prohibited processes and installation failures.
- Separate confidence. Weak or ambiguous findings go to staff review without automatically interrupting the server.
- Contain real risk. High-confidence malware or infrastructure abuse can be stopped and quarantined immediately.
- Explain and review. The affected user receives a reason and can request human review through a private support ticket.
Permanent bans are reviewed by staff. Security tooling is designed to protect shared infrastructure, not to routinely read private gameplay or moderate normal in-game chat.
What the Free Beta does not promise
- No uptime SLA or compensation for downtime.
- No guaranteed automatic customer world backup or individual restore.
- No dedicated CPU, RAM, port, IP, or permanent custom-address ownership.
- No guarantee that every third-party plugin, mod, datapack or world will work.
- No paid plan or purchase contract until pricing and billing terms are formally published.
Report a problem or appeal
Open a private ticket in the ChunkArc Discord or email [email protected]. Include the server name or address, the approximate time and a clear explanation. Do not send passwords, tokens, recovery codes or unrelated private data.
